Rosa Luna Collective was born from the shared vision of sisters who came together to bridge clinical healing and ancestral wellness practices into one integrated space. Frances, a licensed therapist and integrative mental health practitioner, and Johana, an herbalist and ritual practitioner, recognized that many people seeking healing needed more than traditional approaches alone. Together they created Rosa Luna as a community-centered wellness space where nervous system care, holistic practices, and personal empowerment intersect. Rooted in cultural heritage, spirituality, and evidence-informed healing, Rosa Luna exists to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and step into a more grounded and aligned version of themselves.
Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, Frances emphasizes regulation, safety, and integration, creating the internal conditions where insight, trust, and sustainable growth can naturally emerge. Her approach is trauma-aware, body-based, and human-centered, designed to support long-term wellbeing rather than short-term performance.
Through 1:1 advisory sessions, energy-led work, and intentionally crafted offerings, Frances helps clients understand how emotional, somatic, and energetic systems influence decision-making, boundaries, and daily functioning. When these systems are supported, clients experience greater clarity, resilience, and ease in how they move through their lives.
